Renée has been involved in small business ventures since high school.  She was the brainiac who devised and typed term papers for her senior class.  Her first business was J.C. Enterprises which did fundraisers for the Junior Church program at her community church.  Then it broadened into typing services and resume services.

She got her degree in Education and ran two child care centers and a Chartered Elementary School catering to Special Needs children. Along the way she did various sales jobs such as Secret Treasures, Pure Romance, Avon, and Vitamix to name a few. In 2012, she started Another Queen B Creation, to make costumes for cosplays and plus sized clothing for her friends.  In 2015, she started Weddings by Queen B to help plan weddings for friends and acquaintances.  She became a licensed officiant and wedding consultant for both Ohio and Kentucky. 

In 2020, God called her to be a Doula to provide holistic care for pregnancy, birth, lactation and postpartum African American women in Central Ohio!  In 2023, she began providing private home health services and transportation for older or disabled adults which included domestic cleaning services.
